DR. MAREK RESIDENCE
The homeowners dreamed of a European style estate that felt like home in Franklin, Tennessee. They knew they wanted to build a concrete home and when they discovered Fox Blocks ICFs they had the perfect building material to accomplish their aesthetic and sustainability goals.
ADAM GEHRING RESIDENCE
In order to maximize the available project footprint and achieve the beautiful mediterranean-inspired look, the design required complex, tight-radius corners and openings.
MADISON RESIDENCE
After losing their home to a fire in 2017, the project owners aimed to build a replacement that was similar in design but stronger and more fire-resistant. The fire had extensively damaged the site, which necessitated a complete demolition of the old structure, including the former basement, prior to the construction of the new ICF home.
KING GEORGE LANTERN HALL
Lantern Hall won the Commonwealth Award from the Virginia Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.
SPINIEO RESIDENCE
This massive home, an incredible mix of traditional styling and modern technology, includes hand-carved marble mantles, a 1,500-bottle brick wine cellar, five wood-burning fireplaces, a real stone bar with a 4” thick walnut bookend bartop, and a custom pyramid skylight in the roof above the master bedroom.

The challenge for this build was to create a home that would appeal to a sophisticated buyer with features that an empty nester moving from a larger more expansive home would enjoy. The result is an energy efficient home which creatively uses space in an attractive, luxurious, and cost effective way.

The forward-thinking police department in Saugeen Shores wanted a bullet- proof, state-of-the-art station. The design was developed with expansion in mind so the headquarters can grow with the neighborhoods that the department serves.
