The con­trac­tor need­ed a build­ing solu­tion that would pro­vide a sus­tain­able devel­op­ment that would stim­u­late the local econ­o­my and pre­serve the his­toric feel of the com­mu­ni­ty. In addi­tion to the envi­ron­men­tal con­sid­er­a­tions, the com­mit­ment to pri­vate, ener­gy effi­cient units was a sell­ing point of build­ing with Fox Blocks ICF.

The home­own­ers want­ed to build a home that would be beau­ti­ful, func­tion­al, and sus­tain­able. This home was built direct­ly into a nat­ur­al rock ledge and fea­tures large cov­ered porch­es and breeze­ways on the exte­ri­or and beau­ti­ful oak floors through­out the inte­ri­or.

Ash­bury Hills Ele­men­tary School is the first com­plete school built with ICFs in the state of Nebras­ka, and its gym­na­si­um was built to full height with Fox Blocks.

Win­ter­set Com­mu­ni­ty Church want­ed a larg­er gath­er­ing space for the local com­mu­ni­ty, so they decid­ed to add a gym­na­si­um to their wor­ship build­ing. The addi­tion had to be built quick­ly while the church was still in use, blend in seam­less­ly with the exist­ing struc­ture, and offer high noise pro­tec­tion between the church and the gym­na­si­um.

Lux­u­ri­ous Cus­tom Home with a Pri­vate Putting Green and Stun­ning Views. The Lake Pow­ell Res­i­dence is sur­round­ed by stun­ning bluffs. With its mod­ern res­i­den­tial design and open-con­cept floor plan, the large out­door decks and patios embrace the beau­ty of the sur­round­ing nature. Sur­round­ing an 85-year-old build­ing, Hud­son Stu­dios is an inspi­ra­tional space that is qui­et and com­fort­able for artists and design­ers to cre­ate. The mod­ern design uti­lized local tim­bers from the North­west region and includes 47-foot-long beams that span the width of the build­ing.
