Pota­to stor­age is at a con­stant 100% rel­a­tive humid­i­ty and 1.5 cfm pres­sure, which caus­es oth­er forms of con­struc­tion to go through com­plex detail­ing to keep mois­ture out of the wall cav­i­ty.
