Fox Blocks ICF offered an ener­gy-effi­cient solu­tion for a build­ing full of pres­sur­ized mois­ture because mois­ture does not affect the ICF, even over the long term. Insu­lat­ed con­crete forms (ICF) cre­ate a more ener­gy-effi­cient, qui­et, and healthy build­ing than one built with wood-frame con­struc­tion. ICF build­ings are also more resis­tant to dis­as­ter, fire, insect, and mois­ture intru­sion than wood-frame struc­tures.

Both ver­ti­cal and hor­i­zon­tal ICFs con­struc­tion cre­ate mois­ture- and dis­as­ter-resis­tant walls with excel­lent R‑values. But which is the bet­ter ICF wall?
