A restau­rant built to last.

The entire Lego-like ICF wall struc­tures were built in one day, an impres­sive exam­ple of the ease of build­ing with Fox Blocks. Two weeks were saved on over­all build time thanks to Fox Blocks ICF.

For 2013, the U.S. Fire Admin­is­tra­tion report­ed 1,240,000 house fires. Hous­es con­struct­ed out of ICFs have key advan­tages in min­i­miz­ing the dam­age and spread of these fires.

The design­ers and con­struc­tion team were charged with cre­at­ing a sus­tain­able 7,500 sq. ft. mod­ern estate atop a stun­ning hill over­look­ing ranch­es and vine­yards in Mur­ri­eta, Cal­i­for­nia.

The own­er of this 6,000 square foot home was attract­ed to Fox Blocks because of its ener­gy effi­cien­cy but was also hap­py with the ease of con­struc­tion that save time and mon­ey.

Rebuild­ing the Ken­wood Ele­men­tary Gym­na­si­um helped heal the com­mu­ni­ty.

The project was built to cre­ate a sound and visu­al bar­ri­er between the neigh­bor­ing home after a sec­tion of trees on the side yard that joined the two prop­er­ties was cleared.
